Built by CaptureTech in Belgium, for the people who keep warehouses, production lines and shops labelling. Zebra, Honeywell and SATO are managed; every other make is monitored. What each make supports
From the first alert to the last firmware update, PrinterVision covers what a printer fleet needs, on every site: managed for Zebra, Honeywell and SATO, monitored for the rest.
A live list and dashboard of every printer: state, alerts, counters, supplies where the printer reports them, and printers that keep restarting.
Explore Monitoring →Settings per printer and common settings for Zebra, Honeywell and SATO. Profiles and provisioning send settings and files at power-up or on a schedule.
Explore Configuration →Staged firmware rollouts for Zebra on WebLink, Honeywell and SATO, with a pilot, waves and a maintenance window. Certificates with their expiry in sight.
Explore Firmware →Describe how printers should be set, see which ones drifted, and put them back in line. Reports as CSV, on demand or by e-mail.
Explore Compliance →When a printer raises an alert, goes offline or shows up new, PrinterVision acts: e-mail the right people, restart it, apply a profile.
Explore Automations →Zebra directly over WebLink; Honeywell and SATO managed through a small collector on site; other makes monitored over SNMP. No vendor cloud needed.
Explore Every make →Sign in with your Microsoft work account and point your Zebra printers at PrinterVision. For the other makes, install the small collector on one Windows or Linux machine per site.
02:14 - Printer DOCK-07 reports ribbon out. PrinterVision shows the alert in the printer list and on the dashboard.
An automation for the dock printers starts on that alert: it mails the dock team, and a cooldown keeps it to one mail per printer per hour.
The ribbon is changed before the next wave of orders. The alert clears, and the operation log keeps who did what, and when.
The printer stops mid-run, labels go missing on outgoing pallets, and someone walks the dock to find out why.
